Exercise and sport create an environment where children can feel valued as an important member of a team while encouraging thought and consideration for others. It promotes independence by providing opportunities to experience a sense of achievement and self belief.
At BFit Kids, we are transforming kids’ exercise into fun and inclusive games focused on physical literacy. Classes are structured around games which everyone of any skill level can excel at. In these classes, kids learn the basic core skills of movement.
Our aim is to inspire, motivate and nurture a love for being active in all those that we have the privilege of coaching.

Meet Coach Karl
I’m the head coach here at BFit Kids and it’s my goal to nurture a child’s love for exercise. I’ve been coaching sport for over 30 years both in Canada and the UK. I have a passion for developing a positive attitude to exercise among young people. Our classes create motivated and happy kids.
I have coached children at grassroots and elite levels and have been fortunate enough to be part of the youth development at Vancouver Whitecaps, Mountain United, Cycling BC as well as at Wasps and London Scottish Rugby Club in the UK.
I strive to inspire and create a culture where physical activity is enjoyed and therefore becomes an integral part of a child’s everyday life.
Fun, Games and Coaching for Kids and Big Kids
Run Club - After School
After school classes teaching kids basic physical literacy in a fun, motivating environment using structured, educational-based games.
Bright Sparks - Before School
Morning sessions using the same format as Run Club, to set your child up for a productive day of learning. Exercise increases the ability to focus and improves attention span and memory.
Individual and group coaching with a focus on lifting kids’ self esteem and motivation, allowing them to play confidently and fulfill their potential.
Individual and group fitness coaching for teens and adults – Strength and conditioning classes as well as personalized endurance training plans.
